Every year—usually the second weekend of May—the residents of West Pittston, Pennsylvania gather on the scenic Susquehanna riverbank to celebrate the blossoming of the cherry trees. The Festival is held on the Susquehanna Avenue riverbank adjacent to the Water Street Bridge on Luzerne Avenue. Games, live entertainment, food, and fun are sure to be found at this exciting annual tradition!
Festival Expansion
As many of you may have noticed, the layout of the most recent festival has been changed! This has been done in an effort to accomodate more patrons and vendors. This is a good sign of progress and growth in the interest of our annual tradition.
